3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are solely responsible for determining whether use of the efc88 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted. efc88 reserves the right to block access from restricted territories at its sole discretion.
3.3 Single Account Policy. Each Member is permitted to hold only one active Account on efc88. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is prohibited and may result in permanent bans across all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.4 Self-Exclusion Status. Individuals who have previously enrolled in efc88's self-exclusion programme, or who are subject to a third-party exclusion scheme, are not eligible to register or maintain an Account during the applicable exclusion period.
4.1 When registering an Account on efc88, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.

5.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of the transaction request.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed on a first-in, first-out basis. efc88 aims to process approved withdrawal requests to e-wallets (Touch n Go, Boost, GrabPay) within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.

Chargebacks initiated through your payment provider will be treated as a breach of these Terms. efc88 reserves the right to suspend the Account immediately and pursue recovery of funds through all available legal means.

6.2 Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before becoming withdrawable. 6.4 Bonus Funds cannot be transferred between Accounts and are non-negotiable for cash at any stage prior to satisfying applicable wagering requirements.

12.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable under efc88's international gaming authority licensing jurisdiction.
12.2 In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, game result, account transaction, or these Terms, Members must contact efc88's support team in the first instance via live chat or email at [email protected]. efc88 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of a formal complaint being raised.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with efc88, the Member may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by efc88's licensing authority, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
